Hey bitches, here it is a new mix, this time guitars have been reamped through a Triaxis + 2:90 Mesa Boogie Poweramp + Marshall 4x12 V30 cab + SM57.

This was my first attempt at reamping.

Not bad, but I like heavier and metaller mixes...just a matter of taste...
What did you use?

BTW, there are some guitars mixing, like my solo doubled guitar.

I accidentally muted the main kick sample (midi went to reverb : ), here's the same mix but with the kick more prominent:

I've used Superior, Wagner Sharp 1 for rhythm and something else from Nick Crowe for leads (Peavey I think but I don't remember which one). My cpu can't handle sims and the rest of this mix at the same time so I pretty much went with what I've got at the beginning.

Please rephrase, I don't understand. BTW I know there's one guitar part missing (in the end) but you didn't include it with the rest. I'll put it there if you'll upload it.

One thing more, Jevo I think you should do the whole solo. No offence Paulie, it just doesn't gel with the rest of it.

Ouch, I meant "missing", not "mixing". My solo ends with a doubled part, that surpisingly appears in the beginning of the song! (00:08). That bit must be in 2:18! Listen to my mix's solo part.

Jevo, would you be so kind and post the missing part and track the second part of the solo? I'd like to have my mix as complete as possible even if yours (or some other) will be chosen. I would really like to have your full solo on it as I enjoy your playing very much. Regardless of Dio tribute album (if it will ever happen) I'd like to post the song on my website in future as I'm proud of this collaboration (If you guys don't mind that is).

Personally I would keep your latest mix, I like it, but let's hear what the others say. Before you don't have time, could you upload a .wav unmastered version of that mix? Were having someone master it so it's better if there is no limiting/mastering in general

2 versions of the same mix. Firts one includes the whole solo by me. The second one is half solo me and the other half by Paulie.

Choose whatever you prefer and master it as you like. My work is over... I'm too busy guys! (If something is wrong just tell me)
