Slightly above average vocals clean, average harsh. Good rhythm guitar player. Mediocre drummer. Can solo when needed. Fair bass player. I can focus on any area mentioned above and become better.

I just like to listen to metal, that's about it. But I do have a desire to listen to every genre of metal, i.e., death, black, power, progressive, thrash, etc. Not necessarily an elitist, but I like the diversity in metal.

'Course, it requires time and money. I think I have both, though.

Setting goals for what you are going to listen to seems... just funny. During summer me and a friend who plays drums are going to start writing stuff with the aim of making music like Nasum/Rotten Sound/Napalm Death.
