most overrated band in the history of forever?

Any hair metal band and any band that plays really fast but play the same thing over and over again like Dragonforce and 95% of the crap that is played on mainstream rock radio and 90% on classic rock radio that about covers it

the only reason people in this forum would regard 10,000 Days as a shit album is because they all had their panties wet after Lateralus and couldn't wait for their next proggy atmospheric album. Now, I'm a pretty fucking big tool fan myself...but what's up with all these fucking expectations?! If you wanted lengthy epic tool...you got Rosetta Stoned and 10,000 Days. If you wanted the whole kickass angry Tool you got The Pot and Vicarious. If you wanted 10,000 Days Tool you got Jambi and Right In Two. If you wanted innovation and pushing boundaries..you got Intension.

What is the problem?

Oh yes, some good hard rights into the jowls of those flop-eared knuckle draggers

Should I roll your coaster?
Btw I wish could get used to Tool's vocals. I like everything else so far.

aw man i think maynards vocals are amazing. try hearing them as another instrument rather than a frontman's vocals. maynard is really a frontman. on stage, he is in the back, with no spotlights on him.

what really draws me to the lyrics and vocals are the way he sings them. he uses so much dynamic range. cresendos or decresendos when it needs to, loud when the musics loud, soft when the musics soft. hes truly amazing.

try hearing it like an instrument

and yes...roll my coaster

Its funny, certain songs i have no problems with the vocals at all, but then i hear something like The Pot, and i kinda cringe at some parts. Ill make it a goal to get used to them though, they seem pretty talented. (Holy shit they have amazing music videos)

And okay ill give you a few rides. Free.
