NF: Lazy like it's going to be saturday for the next 3 days.

That is a bad, baaad feeling.
Have you ever woken up a little bit too early on a (for example) Tuesday morning before the alarm clock has rung, and in the slumber thought: "ahh, at least it is Friday" and then suddenly realized that it isn't? That is teh horror.

i might come up with a collection of adjectives to say how i feel. they'd probably be very obscure (no, not like in gr1m and n3cr0) and they'd range from the enthusiastic/exhuberant to the positively frightened. nobody would care about reading them though, so i'll stick to saying that i feel different. either i do or everything else does feel different, and since i would never assume that, e.g., you people are feeling any different, i must come to the conclusion that it's me.
but wait, i'll try to be more specific by using a metaphor that no one can possibly get! yes, that's the ticket!
i feel as if someone had finally, mercifully turned on the light when i was convinced i was standing on the very edge of the abyss, and, well, it turns out i am standing on the very edge of the abyss. hooray?

Something like that, or something totally differant. Who knows? All I know is Ive been reading EXTREMELY boring short stories for my fiction class and Ive possibly gone insane.

No. I would say that he means the opposite. That he feels like his doom is coming soon, but he doesn't know when, and when he gains insight in it he realizes that he was only a step from it. As he says in his metaphor.
