Not-so-good-and-old "How do you feel" thread

I feel pretty good this morning, slept real well
and had some real odd dreams, woke up at 4:30
or so and realized to my happiness that I can still
sleep 2 more hours, it's great when that happens :)
But now I will go get more coffee...
 
NF: Relieved. No more speeches left for speech class. Yaaay!
 
Sal: I know exactly what you mean man. When it happens to me sometimes I get the biggest grin in my face and get back under my covers, which have never before felt better : D

Arch: Happy for you bro, can't wait 'till I have no more labs.

NF: Sleepy, tired, and with remnants of a headache.. but I'd say happy overall.

nf: feels like the whole freakin´ world is conspiring against me and everything has gone wrong the last weeks. and I feel... fine. this is weird. :p

Today sucked....

Get up, feel like shit and still tired, go to school, get there late and get yelled at for 45 minutes, go through classes not feeling well, sit outside in the rain after school for an hour and a half waiting for my brother, come home finally and my mom is her eyelling at me :( I also have to do a lot of schoolwork...
 
Thanks... I didn't even mention some things... a friend having the cops looking for him (four of them walking around my school's cafeteria at one!)

I would go into more detail but there are some thign I don't want to say in public...

I hate burns.
But it'll go away. A metal heart overcomes all : D

If it ever happens again (hopefully not) put some oil on the affected area right away, not water.
Anyway.. feel better.

NF: ..not very happy with how certain matters are developing.
 
@Waz: Forget Magsec's advice. Next time you burn your arm, put the other arm on the stove as well so that the pain is not uneven.

NF: Well, that exam today sucked a big ass. Luckily everyone else thought it was very hard as well, so there's a chance I passed, but I have to wait 2 months for the results. Damnit. :/
 
@Waz: yeah forget Magsec's advice, cold water and ice right after the burn is what is needed, supposing the burn is not too serious. no toothpaste or other things that will prevent the heat from getting away.

@Tebs: Hope you have good results. :)

Hey.. in small/quick burns like these 'getting the area 'cold' right after' is not a big issue.. water isn't going to help at all about any future blistering. A cream or ointment for burns prevents blistering and soothes the affected skin. If this is not available oil can be used to help in the same way.
