pfft.. i think you'd find if a guys got his head screwed on he doesn't really care if a girlfriend has a little bit of stubble occasionally. If you're comfortable enough with someone and vice versa its not an issue.

@shaving: 2-3 times a week, never use anything but shaving foam/creme, no after shave.

Well if we dont shave our faces almost everyday we start to look like werewolves, which in my case isnt a bad thing. Women on the other hand can wear pants and such, you dont have to shave your legs to keep up a professional look .

my face fully, so I am between 5 a clock shadow and a full beard

After shave is a balm or liquid you put on your face after you shave to prevent infection and razor burn, e.g. Old Spice, Aqua Velva,etc.
