The food thread.

Straight-up no-frills jasmine rice. But I added a few things to the pot, such as curry + chili powder, peas, carrots and FLUORIDATED water. Thus making my rice own the lives of 500 asian babies.

How do you make your rice?

I just throw it in a rice cooker after rinsing it 3-4 times, and then wait for it to beep.
 
And I possess the common sense to save myself a ton of unnecessary cleaning over a negligible difference in rice taste!
 
yea i like tom yum, it's goood. and you cant go wrong with chinese food. stuck in a foreign land and dunno what to eat? go chinese. one of my faves is seafood fried noodles.
 
I had the best bagel I've ever had in my life for dinner last night.

Plain bagel, cream cheese, honey, and dried cranberries. So simple yet so, so, SO good.
 
I had a toasted English muffin at the dining hall last week that had peanut butter, honey and chocolate chips on it. FOR THE WIN.
