I make my eggs with the yolk and the white thourouly blended together before i pour the eggs into the pan

Made Japanese Goyzer tonight, fuck it's an arduous task but geez its worth it.
 
Yeah, even if I was one for recording everything I did in my day I wouldn't have been taking photos of the task. It's not a job I'd like to stop, clean up my hands, grab my phone, take a photo and then return to the mess. Think of them like Japanese dumplings only different ingredients and a lot better.
