Paperback; the movies are not worthy. I'd say the sci-fi channel one was less bad because it's not as much of an eyesore as the old one but they're both horrible.

300 was a very satisfying experience, which is a lot less than I can say for most movies.

I thought 300 was terrible. I don't see what about the movie impressed people, it wa the same thing over and over.

*FAST FORWARD AS HEAD FALLS OFF AND MOVE INTO NEXT TARGET*

That was the whole movie to me. Between the boring ass repeated action scenes, the drab, shitty CG backgrounds and the overuse of slow motion - something I hate more than just about anything in film - I could have slept through the movie if it weren't so loud. Sadly, the only movie I've fallen asleep to in theatres was Hero.
