about watching sick videos on the internet. Some of my friends are really pretentious about it and it's really annoying me now. I mean seriously, if someone does something morally wrong on camera because they know people will watch it as similar videos have attracted attention, then by watching it you are doing something similarly wrong to people who watch child porn (but don't make it).

Hm, not sure what I think about that one. I'm reluctant to say it's enough just to watch a film of illegal activity in order to really be supporting the activity. The people are putting themselves at risk by doing the activity/filming, and mere attention isn't nearly as much of an incentive to do it as making money would be (as in the case of child porn).
