Helping my father cook some dishes for Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow. Today we made cornbread stuffing with onions, celery, pecans and apples. We also baked a couple pies: a pumpkin pie and our specialty chocolate Kahlua pecan pie. Tomorrow we'll do the turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes and veggies (asparagus, glazed carrots and peas).
