Right now I'm up madly early trying to 'reset' as I got sick of waking up in the afternoon over the last two weeks. I wouldn't mind if I could consistently go to bed at 5:30am and wake up at 2pm or something like that, but extra hours spent attempting to sleep usually come into play. At least I know my problem is some combo of slow metabolism and allergy/immune system activity. So my key to sleeping ok is to be poopin' erryday. Standard milk (not trim) gets my shit moving, or at least it should be. Probably haven't been eating enough for the amount of work my immune system's been doing. It's like an incinerator sometimes.
Yep, I'm the same way barring any constraints imposed by my job.Yeah, if I could go to bed at 3am ish and wake up at 10-10:30 that would be great, but it never works like that. I end up staying up later and later every time. Going to have to stay up all night and day soon to reset I think.
Drink your school, stay in sleep, don't do milk, and get eight hours of drugs.
