Ok so basically after tripping and falling on the ground drunk on saturday and generally feeling like a sick person when not drinking I decided to lay it off for a week which will include friday and saturday. What an event. Rare shit.

Actually I'm already feeling pretty good and it's the third day. (y) I need to eat better as well, but cooked me some red lentils yesterday with feta cheese and brocolli and zucchini, feelsgoodman.gif.

Building this array of quick veggie meals to cook throughout the work week and thsi one passed the test.

Just tried out some incense that came in the mail today. I bought a variety pack, cause I don't know what I like. The first thing I tried was myrrh, since it's literary n shit. This stuff's gross. Smells like the stuff used by most of the stoners I've been around in my life. That rotten, flowery, lavender-like smell.

Waiting for the air to clear so I can try something else.

Go to a hippie store or a smoke shop Just start smelling the ones they’ll inevitably have on display there, they’ll probably have some 100 variety display somewhere. The ones big box stores sell are fuckin nasty sometimes. (Or stale and dried out and burn instantly) Dragon Blood is pretty good though.

Morning. At work. Trying to pump some life into my veins by drinking coffee and eating chocolate biscuits. I usually go home earlier on fridays but I think I owe some work hours and since it's the last day of the month I have to even it out.

Yesterday I presented for some international crowd, on wednesday I led an excursion for students from all around the world, this university life is pretty cool, I like it.
