Physical traits are irrelevant in this discussion. People have tried to justify racism by trying to distinguish intellectual capacity.

The familial, social and scholastic environments would have to be equal if you're trying to prove which race(s) have more potential to succeed academically. That and you need a huge sample size.

With that as the criteria, you can pretty much discount the results of any sociological study. It's kind of dishonest to demand absurdly impossible standards of proof to avoid dealing with data that support conclusions other than your own. It's more than a little Christian, too. Like the creationist nutjob who has offered a million dollar reward for the fossil of a transitional species, then defines 'transitional species' in such a way as to make it impossible to find one. That's not intellectual discourse, that's propaganda.

I still need to see the specs on this experiment. There are so many social factors that influence intellectual development that it cannot be controlled by laboratory standards for the duration of one's (and we're talking hundreds in this case) childhood.

I know this wasn't really a serious question, though I do have to disagree with the reasoning here.

As I understand it, fried chicken became a staple of the black diet in the early 20th century. Fried chicken legs were easy to prepare and could be eaten without utensils, so a lot of black migrant workers ate them.

The Norse really weren't all that tall, back in the middle ages. They just seemed tall to the tiny little Europeans. Of course, diet has a lot to do with height as well. If you notice, a lot of second-generation asian immigrants to the US are way taller than their parents, because they eat stuff that isn't rice.
