Entering the competition to practice the art of losing :p :

Boyfriend: here i'm very lucky now. i won't say anything more, it's never good to talk too much and be too sure about good stuff :p

Job: no school, no job and so i'm always here, i need to find a summer job

Friends: not bad, i have some nice ones, technically i'd have a couple that could become very close, from my school, but this is impossible due to the distance in next years of study

Family: i complain sometimes but it's fine

Festivals: no one. And summer is hateful, the next person that will tell me that i'm lucky to live in Italy will painfully die.

Loving me and being loved in return. Not sure about other aspects  Would probably take loads of imagination.
is that all? no lifelong plan? no kids calling you da... i mean, mommy? no sharing of kitchen furniture? you're certainly missing on so many great aspects of love relationships!
*pukes in a corner*

Hey, people has anyone ever tried it? how did it work? or at least: have you EVER fallen in love online?
once i did. but then a flashing window appeared saying "new hardware found" and i realised it was my digital camera.

ha, fun and games.

fiancé: no, not at the moment.

job: great.

friends: two very good ones and a handful of others who aren't bad. i'm the only one who gets regular visits from friends since moving very far from home. me lucky, me cool.

family: well, my father is ill and this is heartbreaking, but he's a great person. i know my mother loves me even if we often don't see eye to eye. my brother is a weird guy, but he's getting slightly better with time.

summer: i love teh heat. it hasn't come full force yet, but it seems that it might in a couple of weeks. i'm not interested in festivals so i'm not complaining that i don't go to any.

nf: happy because tomorrow i leave for a 5-day holiday at my parents', and i just got "exposure" plus about 180 € worth of books.

nf: Yeah the usual rollercoaster ride has been going on. Besides that I'm doing good. I'm in my new one-bedroom apartment, and I'm finally getting all set up. But I really need a source of inspiration.

well, what do you know, i've spent the night fighting a losing battle against - among other things - hay fever. ended up sneezing/coughing blood and generally feeling sick. in the morning, this turned into a resolve to start putting hyena's precious suggestions for my life into action, and brush the rest aside. it's been so much time we've spent just listening to bullshit and it's probably appropriate to start saying something different ourselves instead of waiting for others to do so. today i'm gonna concentrate solely on getting some work done, and fuck this great nation & the abusers of my time.

@rahve: congrats (said the precious adviser. thanks). i'm not really happy to hear about hayfever, i was hoping that somewhere the season would be over. so here's how i feel now: i'm going to leave in one hour for the north of italy, a 7-hour drive that will be made more bearable by exposures and a bunch of other records. i'm happy that i'm seeing family/friends, but apparently i'll be sneezing like mad, since my parents don't even have a/c in bedrooms.

Does that mean you're leaving this forum for good?
I'm sorry about your health

@Rahv- My eyes are stinging like hell too and I had a massive sneezing fit Yesterday at around 5.00 oclock. I think theres a global out break of really annoying pollen! I never usually get hayfeverish... its probably another Microsoft scheme to control us all.

NF: Pretty tired. I Kicked Myself out of bed really early :erk:. But this is the most free Ive felt in ages! No Exams and two weeks till the new school year begins :D!!! Thats two weeks of absolute freedom *Drools*.

Rahvin I was talking about an ONLINE relationship. THIS does not involve kids and kitchen furniture - unless there's something I don't know about yet. :ill:

@branwen: i'm not leaving the board at all. no one here is abusing my time. i just need some fresh air and new thoughts and career prospects and all this kind of things.

@the afflicted: i sympathize, overdosing and waiting until it's over is the only solution.

so what do you do in an online relationship? you chat. you tell the other guy you love him. maybe the occasional cybersex. what do you get out of it?

probly sth more exciting than kids and furniture?

oh. that's what you do. i should have seen it coming all along, you homo. :p

edit: @branwen: i probably should embark on a very long argument explaining in detail why i believe what you just said is a bit off the mark, but since i should leave i'll just settle for: don't be silly.

and this can happen without even meeting your partner? wow, you must be very good at... something.

@hyena: you know very well the other way around never ever worked out fine. ;) (this was about your homo comment, of course. there is no doubt about the rest)

I'd like to hear that. Shall we start a new thread for talking about relationships?
