Interested in playing Long Live Rock'n'Roll? Bass, guitars, drums... whatever you want .

With pleasure I can sample the drums (or call my drummer), play bass and guitars - riffs and solo. Let's chose the tuning and some other aspects. I can also sing (i'm repeating myself here)

How about another idea? What about performing "We're Stars" and doing a whole lot of vocals, guitar solos and maybe even some collective sound producing?

Hey dude I'm gonna give your singer Stargazer ok? Cause felix seems kinda busy and he doesn't like Stargazer that much to actually take the time to do it, please confirm.

Hey, is there gonna be drummer for stargazer? or should I start recording guitars with a midi backing track taken from a gp file.

If you want to do it go ahead, for now all that's left for stargazer is a drummer, maybe we might end up finding someone who can program some good sounding drums to it

I'm actually playing everything, but last years (or even months) I'm more and more into lead singing. So i will gladly participate as a lead singer in every song you'd invite me

If needed, i can also play bass on any track needed (fender precision deluxe into some sweet gear then into rme fireface 800) and invite my drummer to record stuff in my studio for this project. He's really nice in doing all that hardrock-metal stuff.

I'll also happily participate in programming keyboards, doing sound fx and orchestrations and in mixing.

I have added you in the list, check your assigned duties. Please note you should accept one million tasks if you are not able to perform them all in a decent timefreame (no rush, but we don't want this to take 3 months in only tracking)

I must insist: If you're proposing to do one million parts, please be sure to be able to actually do in a an acceptable timeframe, you are still in time to turn down a few things if you feel you're overwhelmed!

Amazing. The drums and bass would be nice, and a lead guitar work would be nice as well. As about the singing in Long Live, I think that we should split the voice between the available singers on this project and sing the chorus together. Just an idea, inputs are welcome. We're Stars is awesome as well...

I will not include any more songs than already in the list for now, because it is already too much work for me to keep track of everything as it is, at least for now

well if you have the time and are so kind you could show me a sample of a drum track? could be any song really, just to see if it sounds decent and "humanized" enough, if so then I will list you for drums on stargazer, 89mph is desperate to record some guitars and so am I to have this song finished.

Thanks. now i see it I'm asking once more about the opportunity to sing. If you give me an opportunity - i can do all instrument and vox in either Man on the silver mountain, or in Snakecharmer. If you insist on using only current songs - I can sing "All the Fools", though i'd prefer doing the ones i mentioned before.

Sorry dude I can't open up more songs at least for a couple days till all the other teams get sorted it's really a lot of work to keep this from not becoming a total mess, I listed you in All the fools, and maybe in two or three days I will open up one of the two songs you mentioned, and you could do it completely solo? To save me the trouble of making the thread and wishing for everyone to be organized hahaha

Come to think of it, if you want to do man on the silver mountain or snakecharmer completely by yourself, you are free to do it and if it sounds good enough (which judging from your samples it will) It'll be part of the tribute album, is that ok?

well I would only do something with "Fools" is other people jump into it cause I don't like the idea of anyone doing songs 90% by themselves for this. It should be a forum contribution and collective thing, minus the small bits of outside help here and there

Besides I'm not committing to anything with "Fools" unless like 2 others get involved and even then I may not be able to cause "Children of the Sea" is my priority and I'm already working on a couple other projects ...

actually, you know what? I apologize but Dan, remove my name from "Fools" ... the more I think about it the more I realize I won't have the time to do more than one tune ... especially if I have to mix and when you guys start seeing what happens when my brain gets into production mode
