-2 hard boiled eggs (boil them in batches, boil the water then turn off the burner and let them sit in the pan for 7 minutes)

whenever i hard-boil eggs, i always end up boiling the whole carton of eggs all at once

haven't eaten hard-boiled eggs in a while though
since i was living in that hotel last year though

I have the same lunch every day and you can get it all done in the time it takes to boil the eggs!

-Greek yogurt (in a single serving cup)
-2 hard boiled eggs (boil them in batches, boil the water then turn off the burner and let them sit in the pan for 7 minutes)
-Salad with greens from a bag, red onion, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, a can of no-drain Starkist tuna, Mrs. Dash of some kind for flavoring, goat cheese crumbles from a tub, olive oil/balsamic vinegar/hot mustard mixed together as dressing.

Just curious, can you post a picture? I would like to see what this is supposed to look like.

Eggs make me puke, they smell like shit. If someone is cooking Eggs I can't be anywhere near. And I will not cook something in the same pan that was used to cook eggs either.

That's chaga in the cup.

Not really. It's just over-salted grease

WTF??

first
some people add salt to everything
for bacon adding salt just ruins the flavor

second
after you cook the bacon,
you're suppossed to use paper towels to mop up all the grease where the bacon is completely dry and crunchy

so
if it's completely dry and you don't add salt, crunchy bacon is the most awesome tasting thing ever

I think he was just saying that bacon for him tastes like over salted grease, not that he adds salt to bacon.

Tonight I made some North African meatballs, which you can see here in their raw form.

Here, the meatballs fry in a pan.

Now, to make the sauce in which to braise the meatballs, I start by sautéing garlic and onions.

To the sauté pan I have added lemon zest and kalamata olives.

Tomatoes, spices, and other stuff are added to form the sauce.

Here is the finished product, with the meatballs having been braised in this sauce.

It is served over couscous with chopped raisins.
