Mulholland Drive (2001) - First of all I think it's impossible for Naomi Watts and Laura Harring to look anymore delicious than they do in this movie. Goddamn. Ok, now that thats out of the way... say what you will about Lynch but you can't deny his eye is one of the best to look into a camera. This movie is full of ridiculously good shots, almost Hitchcockian at times.

Recently watched bot Rampage and Stoic by Uwe Boll. The former was mostly funny I thought, but the latter was pretty nerve-wrecking. The creepy part about Stoic is that there's nothing the characters do that isn't understandable on some level.

Topaz (1969) - Going out on a limb here and say this is Hitchcock's most underrated film. Or at least his most unfairly bashed. You gotta be fully invested in it. Personally I've always found it to be a great spy story.

Christian Bale gave the performance of his life in what was an excellent black comedy. I guess that wasn't good enough. An "updated" rendition of this film literally makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. People should really fuck off with remakes as they're unnecessary and terrible 99% of the time.

Is it really that hard to come up with original ideas anymore (yeah yeah I already know the answer to that)? I read a few days ago there were plans to remake the remake of The Blob. At this point, I've got my stomach trained pretty good so I don't vomit everytime I hear about one of my favorites being raped by a remake, but damn.

Clue (1985) - Anyone else remember when Comedy Central used to play this all the time? Found the DVD for $3. Don't know why I didnt get it years ago. Scene after scene of hilarity. Beyond quotable. Tim Curry rules.
