Yeah Eyedea has a very suburbanite vocal style, took me a while to get passed it.

Exactly my thoughts too when I first heard it.

Just beware, try to find it especially cheap because it's a very uneven album. A few of the tracks are basically pure trash, but it has a kinda cool summer vibe to it so they're lows you might not mind in the right context (like cruising around in the summer in your car or something) lmao.
