Been listening to alot of Midlake lately, loving 'The Trials of Van Occupanther'. Its like a story, very pleasing to know that newer bands are using the same methods of making an album draw u into a tale that lyrically and musically flows. Reminds me of pink floyds 'the Wall' in that respect. If u like folk / classic/ rock, i strongly recomend any of Midlakes works

This should probably go in a "dance" thread or whatever. But a friend posted this video, and so I went on a splurge of watching Circassian folk dances that I could find on YouTube from Georgia, Armenia basically all over the Caucasus region. The music is really beautiful and the costumes are crazy elaborate. But most importantly, the footwork is just incredible: knee spins, dancing on tip toes, really cool formations. This is probably not the place to share something like this, but whatever:
