Florence set up some nice waves for Florida so just got back from an exhausting yet satisfying surf session. Time for water, a cold brew, a Florida lager and some fucking laundry!
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, it’s no wonder you’re feeling like shit with no fuel in your system until lunchtime.The only thing that sucks about my morning is my breakfast (I usually just eat one biscuit because I'm not really that hungry). I have been running/lifting every morning, at least one mile plus lifting. I've had a sleep specialist tell me I have narcolepsy but I'm not sure I believe that either. I'm literally exhausted through the rest of the day and I hate it so much.

I feel fine in the morning though. It's after lunch that is the problem.
Two slices of sourdough toasted with avocado, harissa, sliced tomato and fried egg on top. Large fresh coffee and juice. That’s my workday breakfast. Things get much more epic on the weekend.That makes sense. What do you guys normally do for breakfast?

I use cheese if we’re out of eggs but eggs are the winner.I'm down for that besides the egg. I've never been able to get into eggs.
