@Matt @The Ozzman Could be what and how much you're eating for lunch. I get mega-fatigued after eating anything greasy, meaty, or salty, so I try to save those types of meals for later in the day when I can afford to be paralyzed for a half-hour. Large portions do it to me as well. When I was in my productive routine at SU, I always followed up what was a rather modestly sized lunch with a salad and some fruit. It did the trick for me.

I think having a proper breakfast makes the lunch go in easier. The worst thing is to barely or not even eat in the morning and then have greasy lunch. That can ruin an afternoon.

Seems like you need to change something about your morning routine dude.

The only thing that sucks about my morning is my breakfast (I usually just eat one biscuit because I'm not really that hungry). I have been running/lifting every morning, at least one mile plus lifting. I've had a sleep specialist tell me I have narcolepsy but I'm not sure I believe that either. I'm literally exhausted through the rest of the day and I hate it so much.

I definitely need to eat better. I recently bought a bunch of shit to meal prep but haven't found the energy to do it yet. Hopefully this weekend I'll find some time.
 
A single biscuit? That sounds like a problem. I also have zero appetite in the mornings but I still eat anyway because going all day until lunchtime (which is a time that differs depending on your job) without eating is brutal. At least eat some fruit.
 
Oh it's not even 16:00 and I have nice two pilsners in my belly. I feel like drinking many more, as well.

@CiG Yeah, I've been meaning to do better and at least have a protein shake or something like that. I just have no appetite until like 10 AM.

I'm going to be knocking back a bunch of Tyskies before going out for drinks before going out for drinks somewhere else. Unfortunately, I must be patient and sober in the mean time.

Lol Tyskies. How much is one in local Biedronka?

A 24 case was on sale at the local Rewe for 12 Euro, so I couldn't pass it up (I've got a sweet spot for the sweet Central European beers like Tyskie and Budvar), otherwise I would've picked up a proper Ruhrgebiet beer like Brinkhoffs.
 
Florence set up some nice waves for Florida so just got back from an exhausting yet satisfying surf session. Time for water, a cold brew, a Florida lager and some fucking laundry!

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, it’s no wonder you’re feeling like shit with no fuel in your system until lunchtime.

Speaking of breakfast. Had no breadrolls sojust cut up two tomatoes with feta cheese and oregano.
