@Matt @The Ozzman Could be what and how much you're eating for lunch. I get mega-fatigued after eating anything greasy, meaty, or salty, so I try to save those types of meals for later in the day when I can afford to be paralyzed for a half-hour. Large portions do it to me as well. When I was in my productive routine at SU, I always followed up what was a rather modestly sized lunch with a salad and some fruit. It did the trick for me.
Oh it's not even 16:00 and I have nice two pilsners in my belly. I feel like drinking many more, as well.
