A 24 case was on sale at the local Rewe for 12 Euro, so I couldn't pass it up (I've got a sweet spot for the sweet Central European beers like Tyskie and Budvar), otherwise I would've picked up a proper Ruhrgebiet beer like Brinkhoffs.

Florence set up some nice waves for Florida so just got back from an exhausting yet satisfying surf session. Time for water, a cold brew, a Florida lager and some fucking laundry!

The only thing that sucks about my morning is my breakfast (I usually just eat one biscuit because I'm not really that hungry). I have been running/lifting every morning, at least one mile plus lifting. I've had a sleep specialist tell me I have narcolepsy but I'm not sure I believe that either. I'm literally exhausted through the rest of the day and I hate it so much.

It’s because the digestive system kicking in after such a long period of inactivity uses much more energy than it normally would. Drains the body and makes you want to sleep.

Two slices of sourdough toasted with avocado, harissa, sliced tomato and fried egg on top. Large fresh coffee and juice. That’s my workday breakfast. Things get much more epic on the weekend.
