Me and the wife are putting in an offer on our first house today. We're a little nervous, but also pretty confident it's gonna be accepted. We found a place that falls in line with almost exactly what we want and within our price range.

Man I really have a good fucking landlord, I was without a roommate during the winter and he gave me a break on rent for a couple months. This morning the hot water wasn't working and dude jumped right on when I texted him.

I think my work is taking me away from climbing a bit. Our brush crew/super crew is needing ground workers to help grab all the wood from this past storm as well as other emergency jobs. And seeing that I'm not a very good climber....I'm not opposed to it.
