Wage slavery is insane. It's fucked. But its not hard to find jobs or places to live here in the south compared to other states with higher minimum wage. Especially blue state areas.

Inflation tends to raise the minimum wage by necessity, so it's probably not that hard to get by. Prices are probably pretty low on most things there right Tera?

Taxes are lower in GA compared to TN and things are typically lower priced too. Taxes in TN are 10%. In GA its like 6 or 7%

TN is a red state too, but its a popular state mostly because of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Nashville, Dollywood, and Chattanooga. TN has a lot going for it.

No, it's mostly printed media these days. Only a very small portion of my job actually requires me to paint anything. Mostly what I do, apart from making general signage, is produce & install decals for company cars etc. Also known as "car wrapping".

I worked as a sign writer for about 3 months back in the 90's, the mob I worked for had the contract for Houghtons Wines at the Melb Cup and Aust Post. Even the most basic of lettering was projected onto the side of the AP trucks and it was just a matter of keeping in the lines. The Houghtons logo was all vinyl and just stuck on things, but the name again was just projected to size and paint between the lines.

Shit of a year all round the globe by the look of it. In parts of this country bush fire season started in winter this year with other areas following not long after. Only rain we've really had has been in short bursts so it all just runs away. Was hot yesterday, today is gusty hot winds and tomorrow is back to shitty cold with gusty cool winds and the promise of thunderstorms.

God damn, rediscovering Joe Goes on Youtube, that dude was hilarious. He went to Oktoberfest and did a mug chugging contest but drank it slow as fuck until everybody started throwing shit at him, someone even threw an umbrella at him. Sucks his channel went on hiatus back in 2017, easily one of the most entertaining channels back in the day.
