sorry, but i have seen psychiatrics do more harm than good in my family. my mother is a prime example of it. hospitalized multiple times, been on every drug there is, and done electro-shock. the electroshock did more harm than good. it did nothing for her depression and anxiety and now she has memory problems. drugs dont help, and the hospitals fuck her up worse than when she arrived (those things are a living nightmare).

she's finally getting better now. why? because she has lost a ton of weight, changed her lifestyle, and has a ton of support from family and friends. you dont need to pay someone for that.
