The "What Are You Doing This Moment" Thread

Good luck to you, Winter. I've lost about 15 lbs from just light exercise and cutting out junk food from my diet. :)

Right now I'm drinking a beer, listening to W.A.S.P. and sitting on AIM. Bored as fuck.

Hmm, I'm trying to eat around six meals a day (small and spaced out throughout the day) but it's impossible to do with my work schedule. I go to the gym two/three times a week. I stopped going when I moved to England but now that I'm back for the summer I've started to go again. I have to work extra hours this week so I'm not going to be able to go to the gym. It sucks.

I'm very skeptical when it comes to these fad diets. At one point or another, you'll have to come off of the diet. The best thing out there is exercise and healthy eating. I've never actually been on a diet before -- I just usually tend to eat healthy. I've been eating healthier lately but I am hesitant to call it a diet, as calling something a diet makes it ever so tempting to stray from.

Good luck, though, Winter.

Thanks for the encouragement.

This is a diet that is supposed to really work. My friend lost a massive amount of weight on it. I do eat healthily most of the time but this is putting me into a routine where I don't rely on junk food at the weekends and chips and things like that.

I have three. But my pattern changes on weekends. I have breakfast at around 2, then I have lunch around 5 then dinner around 10.
