Oh man that sucks. I had that when I was in Belgium. I spent three days at a hospital in Leuven when I could have been touring the Stella Artois factory. Nothing like shitting blood and barfing green bile.

Yeah luckily I've only had to miss a couple of days work. I'd hate to get it when I actually had to do something worthwhile. My favorite part was vomiting until I couldn't hold myself over the bowl any longer, then collapsing on the floor whilst still vomiting bile. Good times.
