Anyway my laptop fucked up and wouldn't let me log in so I went into safe mode and did a system restore back to before the dodgy windows update. It works now .

Oh and I had an ok work out at the gym.
I just wish they didn't have the TV there on full blast because NO ONE pays attention to it and it just means we all have to turn our mp3 players up higher (to the detriment of our ears no doubt). Wankers.
