what is the first opeth song you heard?

My first Opeth song was Deliverance I believe. I listened to the first three minutes of each song on Deliverance (first Opeth CD), and Deliverance was the first full Opeth song I heard.

Afterwards I listened ONLY to that CD for three weeks straight. My next Opeth CD was MAYH.

Thats some years ago, 3 i think. Now I mostly enjoy death metal, prog and other.

But, in 2001, i decided to give them a chance again and purchased Morningrise. It took awhile, but i was hooked.

I was really into Tool at the moment and never really liked death vocals so I cut off the song midway and didn't listen to Opeth for a couple months. Then I heard more talk about them and decided to give Black Rose Immortal a listen and BAM I converted.
