So all in all, the album is shit.

Not one good track and one must force themselves with a bit of effort to come up with how whichever song they're talking about is a good In Flames song.

I won't be buying it and it looks like most people won't either. Hopefully it sends the message that you can't get away with music like this with a predecessor like Sounds of a Playground Fading which was done so well.

I think that sales will be fine. There are still many people who seem to like SC. Even on youtube, Through Oblivion has more likes than dislikes

It has a tremendeous amount of dislikes though, 1/3 basically, never seen a single IF song have more than 10% dislikes. But Rusted Nail in the beginning was also like 25% dislikes but when it settled after a couple weeks it has around 10% instead. It's like the ''old schoolers'' are the ones that hear the songs immediately when they come out, and then the other people hear the tracks a couple days/weeks later and the ratio evens out. I remember when Through Oblivion first came, it literally had 50% like/dislike ratio.

The most hardcore people waiting to hear the songs first are the oldtimers Weird.

Yeah, I've got same impression. But I'm sure their fanbase is still solid and SC will have no problem charting in many countries.

btw. Am I the only one who thinks that title "Siren Charms" would fit "When the world explodes" much more than the actual track? I mean these female vocals give me that feeling.

Still pretty weak though.

btw. In don't think AE are bigger than IF. People just wanted to see how they're doing with the new vocalist, that's why these videos from their last album have so many views.

Actually, IF facebook page has around 1 million likes and about 100 200 people making comments. I don't think numbers mean nothing.
