I made Sfincione, aka Sicilian New Year's Eve pizza, albeit on the day before New Year's Eve. Like the Americanized version of Sicilian pizza, it has a square, pan-baked crust. However, it is topped with a tomato sauce of caramelized onions and anchovies, and for cheese a light sprinkling of Parmigiano-Reggiano. Caciocavallo is the authentic cheese to use, but I couldn't find it.

It is then topped with cheesy bread crumbs before baking:

Now, here is the final product:

I felt that I needed a little meat to go with it; therefore, I made some meatballs:

Mine couldn't compete with some of these... Tomato Soup and Grilled cheese with Havarti, Swiss and Muenster.

I WANTED steak stuffed with Gorgonzola and a baked potato, but it wasn't meant to be. :yell:

I made a spicy antelope goulash few days back and took some pictures but then I didn't like the last one where it's served so I won't post that one. It tasted awesome though. Total spicy mastery tbh.

This is the meat after I fought it with a knife like a fucking gladiator because I got a piece of antelope ass and I had to cut it into these little shits.

These babies do their job once when you eat them and then second time next morning and they do their job just fine.

This is the onion being tortured. Pretty much a random picture but shut up.

My bowl of dumplings. Copyright material.

This is where the story ends because I'm not satisfied with how the food looked on picture. It tasted beautiful though.

Ok one more. This is like midway cooking it:

Just go ahead and post how the food looked like, so now we can all laugh at you. Here I'll laugh before so it's out of the way.:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

I'm going to be cooking on sunday. This is always good news because I can actually cook, unlike someone.

That looks awesome, whenever I cook a steak I always do a twice baked potatoe to go along with it. Seriously if you haven't tried, just youtube it and you will enjoy your steak dinners that much more. My humble opinion of course.

Edit: Here is pic of my twice baked potatoe I made about a weak ago.

Replace the olives with green peppers and tomatoes and that would be awesome!
