Talked to my boss today. He agrees with me that the HR dept didn't give adequate clarification on the leave of absence policy, and he's going to try to stick up for me. Woot.

Just got back from dinner with the family. Now drinking beer by myself in the very large house I'm house-sitting for friends. My only company is my computer and their unfriendly cat.
 
Making some spaghetti and waiting for my bitch stepmom to return my car so I can get out of here. In the meantime, I'll be working on an animation.
