Yeah this is a major bummer. I was lucky and got to see them in 2005, right before the disaster known as Blood Money. The Infamous and especially Hell on Earth was definitely their best stuff, but I liked it all up to (and including) Amerikaz Nightmare.

Yeah. Thought it was more common than apparently it is. I eat a lot of Asian food though.

The one I got had a small hibachi steak, stir fried vegetables, rice, 2 fried dumplings, 3 pieces of sushi and miso soup and a salad on the side. $10 for that here.
