Heh so there's twenty students writing in front of me and I was trying to catch them cheating for 30 minutes with no success. So either those boys and girls are going to heaven or I'm a boomer who knows nothing about modern cheating methods. I'm leaning towards the latter.

nice! I've pretty much went straight edge. No alcohol, no weed, no nicotine, no caffeine, etc. The only thing i still crave is taking a nice fat rip from my bong.

My wife smokes weed, her and our roomate. I used to a little bit before I got this job (because random drug tests are a fucking bitch.) But also I just dont think itll be good for me health wise if I'm gonna be climbing trees all the time.

I dont think weed is all that bad anyway. Not really my cup of tea though.

Im usually pro-weed, but id have to agree. Being a stoner not only exposes you to the excess lung tar of a smoker, it also does psychological damage over time. Say that you know an older long-term daily pothead and tell me that they aren't paranoid and a bit loopy in the head, and ill call you a liar (or just think you are becoming one of them). Taking long breaks every now and then is imperative imo. Having a job with random drug tests can fuck off though. Im glad all I had to do was pass one to get hired.

Speaking of work, I finally convinced my co-workers that it would be completely ok for us to have a bluetooth speaker in the lab where we work, and for the past week we have been blasting tunes all day. Over the past couple of years ive grown a new appreciation for hip-hop, so im fine with the type of music my co-workers are playing. But this modern hip-hop with the autotune abuse, I really cant abide with, and that was all we played for the last half of the day. Some inoffensive limp-wristed hip-hop beat accompanied by autotune-abused vocals. It's like modern-day elevator music. I don't understand the appeal of this style, but it's better than listening to the machine noise of our lab. At the very least, my co-workers are all pretty open minded though. I was playing Carcass when they came back from break, and continued to play it for a good half hour without any objections.

sorry dude but that's some scared straight bullshit, i dont know any potheads who are paranoid or loopy. That's some tweaker/crackhead shit. It clearly fucks with your psychical health(i already told you i know of some dude who has a fucking gas tank because he smoked so much weed and i know plenty of other dudes who have breathing issues because of it, myself included) and slows a lot of dudes down mentally. A bunch of my friends are basically ADD'd out now beacuse of that shit. Paranoia would be the last thing i'd use to describe them

All the paranoid/loopy potheads I've ever known were either already not all there to begin with, or were on other shit besides the weed. What I've experienced much more is my friends who started heavily using weed became more and more boring. They became mumbling zombified dipshits, they used to have great conversations and then they just turned into potatoes.

Most of them used to skateboard too but gradually that took a back seat to "chill sesh's" and shit. Only a tiny minority of my weedhead mates are still fun to be around.
