Have you heard the song?
The main difficulty is in the melody right before the verse riff - tricky to figure out exactly what they're playing, because it keeps changing even though it sounds the same. The rest of the song isn't hard to figure out.

Just got back from the doctor's clinic. I had to go to the doctor to check out my piercing, since my ear was very red. The doctor told me that the piercing was infected, and told me to remove the earring for two days, and if the redness disappears i should put the earring back, if not call him to give me medication.
