I change my vote to this. It was so bad. And then it won Best Picture. I was shocked.

I'm pretty sure White Chicks was the worst movie I've ever seen at a theater. I saw some booooooooooooooooooring as fuck Civil War movie in like 2003 or 04 but I can't remember the name of it.

The remake of Halloween was even shittier. Apart from it genuinely being a worthless shitfest, the original Halloween is miles better than Amityville, which makes the raping of the original that much more of an atrocious act.

I haven't seen enough movies to make a solid declaration of what qualifies to be the "worst", but thinking about the High School Musical movies and Gus Van Sant's Last Days makes me hang my head in shame for even being in a room where they were playing.
