Even Jesper approves the album..

I love the idea of a band progressing and changing their style, as long as they retain song-writing ability and really embrace the genre change with purpose. Personally don't feel that IF hit the nail on the head with this one, Passenger did the alt-rock style and was SUPER catchy and weirdly atmospheric.
I'm pretty damn sure he'll give it a listen. Jesper listens to all kinds of music nowadays. He listened to SoAPF and gave it thumbs up as well. He made the score for a childrens movie 2 years back, even writing rnb/hip-hop like stuff for the movie.
HAMMERFALL is back!! In their greatest form ever. So proud of my friends, and cant wait to hear the rest of the album!!!. Check out Hectors Hymn here. ENJOY!! #TTD
I don't know if he'll give it a listen
And he gave his approve? (Sorry, but just using the word makes them look so desperate, they should have a serious talk with their communty manager).
Why should he give his approval? This dude has not been a part of In Flames for the part seven years. I totally don't get it. He deserves his own listening session as he is a friend of the band and an ex-member, but he can shove his approval up his arse.
Really want a rip where half of these songs AREN'T lacking bass. Who the fuck ripped the album? Sounds like someone ran half of the songs through a low cut filter. Seriously.
Hey dude, don't ask me, ask the guy who uploaded the picture and made the comment.
The ones using audio mixing(?) software. Can you isolate anders voice on the songs?
So, did you?
Yes. When reviewing I always remove vocals as much as possible to get clarity over the instruments. In Flames has always been very deep beneath the hear-able final mix, often with melodies or background guitars that nobody has heard before because they are packed in too far. It is very fun when these are found and gives the song that little extra "wow" feel to it.
It often leads me to speculate why it wasn't forwarded more because often, and specifically with In Flames, the background guitars do bring out a lovely depth to the song, but in the end, a final mix is a final mix.
