Felix, I see you also posted it in the song thread for stand up and shout, and that´s where it should be. Really no need to post it here, this thread is for organization issues, not song files. Thanks for finishing that btw! Be sure to post .wav files of your vocal and your guitar, and preferably also a DI track for reamping purposes

Just to summarize, how are you doing guys with your songs.
The ones I'm involved in are almost ready.
Both "Kill The King" and "Stand Up And Shout" are in mixing progress.

I got SEVERELY sidetracked all last week (as Marco can attest since I probably sidetracked his fucking life for a few days 
) with working on a mix for my band. I apologize for not having gotten to the guitars for "Children ... " sooner. I'm gonna start them this week as soon as I finish a few tweaks to an intro I wrote for Metal Overload's band.
After that I'll have a rough mix off to you Dan for your bass parts ... I know this isn't our song specific thread but I posted this info in here cause it pertains to the last few posts you've made about the tribute
point being ... we'll meet our own deadline

About Rainbow In the Dark, today Jacare will track the vocals and then we are going to be able to finish the mix. On the other hand the music i think is already good for a karaoke version. lol

I think it would be nice to make the karaoke versions of all the songs. it's very easy (just mute the voice on the tracks) and might be a plus of the Tribute.

Another thing about this: We need a name. I don't mean a title, a mean a name for our "team", cause we were told we can't use the Andy Sneap Forum name. I was thinking of using the Backstage Metal name for this as well, I really like the name and we have many guys who will also be in the Backstage compilations, so if we have Jason's permission to use that name I would like to do it.
Plus, we could use the same backstage metal site Jason made for the tribute, simply in another section of the same website, what do you think? Specially Jason, please say what yoy think about this
