It usually happens automatically and then you'll get the difference as a refund. But you probably want to check with your financial aid office to make sure that's how it works at your school.

You probably heard about the shitty financial situation of Spain aswell as Detroit for example. Well what I was thinking is this: We should gather enough money to buy some land in Spain cheap, or the entire fucking Detroit and make it our own country and then allow homicide on that land. It would become a great place for adventurers and people who simply like the rush of killing or being hunted like an animal. There would be cameras everywhere and we could broadcast such deathmatch as a reality show.
