The "What Are You Doing This Moment" Thread

Jesus, I would feel so bloated after 7 bottles of Guiness. If I'm drinking in volume I go for the lightest shit I can find.

Come to think of it, I've got a couple PBRs in the fridge I should finish off. Don't judge me, it was cheap.

Watching Bojack Horseman a fourth time because god damn this show is good. Downing my second PBR. God damn this beer is mediocre.

Sitting on the school's hallway waiting for a class to start and listening to some The Ghost Inside, Amerakin Overdose and Helloween

You won't believe what happened. I have a free rest of the day and I have a free day tomorrow.

My girlfriend ruined Teletubbies for me yesterday. Well, she studies social pedagogy and she revealed the identities of the guys in the show. Apparently Tinky Winky is gay as he takes the red purse with him everywhere and has a gay name, and Dipsy is a gypsy, hence the dark face and dipsy=gypsy ldo. Apparently it's done like this was so little kids see diversity on TV. I've never realized and I doubt anyone has. :(

EDIT: I bet one of the female characters is a tranny.

I have an FBI assessment thingy today. I'm not even sure why I'm going/even applied. I don't think I want to work for them. However, I'm desperately broke and I have not had a lot of other opportunities.

Are you gonna be in teh movies? Is that how this works.

my dad was a federal agent. He didn't work for the FBI though, he worked for DCIS - Defense Criminal Investigative Services. It was cool, but it was also really stressful on the family. You're still a cop and deal with all of the pressures that go with it. He worked Organized Crime out here in LA, and we had to have a security system installed on the house because the head of the russian mafia lived two miles away from us. He's had countless death threats and guns pressed to his head (and he's pressed his gun against others heads). When he moved back to Texas, he mainly dealt with child pornographers and identity thieves...nothing interesting (in his opinion)

At the same time, there's a lot of boring shit you have to put up with. He'd complain about the paperwork and the internal politics and bullshit. He'd be gone for a few days on a stakeout. It's one of the reasons my parents ultimately ended up divorcing. His outlook on the human race is less than positive, and that's mostly due to what he's seen.

but the pay and benefits are good

Yeah, that's pretty much what I imagined it would be like. It's either that, military, or graduate school at this point (if my GRE scores are suitable for a decent school with funding). Who knows what is best.

I would love to have a cig but my balcony's closed, they're painting it or something. I would have to go outside and I have no money for a beer.
