I'm currently trying to work after staying up until about 2am last night and getting hell drunk and then sleeping in so late this morning that I didn't have time for breakfast. And it's Saturday so most cafes are shut so I have yet to consume any food or coffee and it's after midday. I feel like I'm in a strange dream of some kind and weird unexplainable shit keeps happening on the jobs I'm doing. Conversation with customers is awkward. I need to go home.

Ahh @Phylactery it is different. That age range here in the states is usually still high school. That is tough. Especially since your teaching a level that students weren't successful in. Some colleges here (depending on your major as well) offers the option of not taking a math course, but I do think there's some weird math phobia that develops after middle school, and it is important to be able to do some math.


I totally understand. Definitely hard to teach kids who have many things going on in their lives and aren't as confident in themselves and their abilities. It is rewarding for you though if they are able to get the material after you taught them.

Anyways I'm lying down. My cousin came from Boston to visit. Yesterday's woke up at 330 am to get work done before work n stayed at work until 9pm to fix my room and bulletin board. Now i have a week off so I'm feeling lazy but accomplished that I finished my board on time.

Green beans and carrot seeds planted. Adding cucumbers, zucchini, and tomatoes to that mix later. I also have a bunch of pepper plants (40ish?) that I'm not done babying before they go into the ground. Trying a little of everything...

The doctor at the urgent care thought it was a heart attack. The doctor at the hospital said she immediately disagreed at a glance with the other doctor's EKG diagnosis and that the other tests confirmed her suspicion. They did a bunch of tests and I'm above average pretty much every category. Before I left the hospital, they basically said I'm perfectly fine and would be more than welcome to go on a run when I got home. For whatever it's worth, my BPM was averaging 52-3 while I was hooked up to the monitors. So I'm definitely not out of shape.

Scary indeed. Everything appeared fine. Hopefully the pain dissipates within the next couple of days--its been consistent for almost 30 hours now. Thanks @Satanstoenail

@Dak No blockages. They didn't do a CT scan, but tested hormone levels that would have risen if a blockage occurred.

The funny thing is is that the ensuing medical bill is going to ruin my cheap-as-possible plan to spend a month in Germany over the winter, which I was researching right before the pain started. It started as soon as I stood up after making a plan that would work out.

EKG'S just basically tell you the electrical current of your heart. Not that it is not important, but I would get an echocardiogram. If the nurse is cool she will just tell you what is going on at the time. And you won't have to wait for a follow up.
