I haven't been to my gym place in a week. THANKS A LOT, SINUS INFECTION.

Lifting is what keeps me sane, i set my bench goal for 325lbs yesterday and did 9 reps. Pretty happy.

Having a cold decreases stamina rapidly. Hope you get better.

Cleaning shelves is the worst. I can't imagine what it's like in a grocery store.

It's never above the low 80's here and, unlike Buffalo, the air doesn't smell like rotting fish and warehouses.

And we usually get a seabreeze since I work on my island.

There are some nice Buffalo suburbs. Unlike that industrial wasteland called Lackawanna. Though that new windfarm is nice to see.

I worked overnight at Sam's Club for almost three years in the clothing department. My job consisted of cleaning, replenishment of stock and (this took up most of my time) refolding the clothing we had on tables. There were people who worked in this department during the day but they were always short staffed and by the time I'd get to work, my place looked like a bomb went off. Horrible.
