IIRCDoes anyone here know how to convert old VHS tapes to DVD?
might just give this one a shot ...I've used ULEAD products for ever on home computers and hey work well enough.
As long as you can plug the AV from the VHS into the computer pretty much any video software can handle the conversion.
There is also kits on ebay etc for only a few bucks that handle the plugs from the VHS to USB ports, from there just about any software even free stuff should work. The kits often come with a cut down version of something like ULEAD that will do the job well enough for most people.

My parents have a player that does it. I'd have to check what it is, but it requires actual discs rather than connecting to the PC. It also starts a new file after 2 hours IIRC.Does anyone here know how to convert old VHS tapes to DVD?
