Fuck winter. I was going like 15 mph on the on ramp to the highway and went to switch from a snowy lane to a less snowy lane and I guess that was TOO FAST TOO FURIOUS and I fishtailed off the road in four lanes of traffic. My pride is so butthurt. Fortunately didn't hit anything, snowbanks make nice cushions.

It costs less money to get a bus pass for the winter, if you're willing to take on those hassles. IMO it's less stressful; people drive like total dingbats in the snow, and I've had several near death experiences because of it.

My area has oooookay public transit, but it's 40+ minutes versus less than 10 to take the bus to work. Fuck getting up half an hour earlier.

Mostly done with my move. Fully furnishing a place is so expensive, even when mostly utilizing Walmart/Sams/Staples/Office Depot. Pretty stoked to have a decent amount of space again and being within a couple blocks or miles of everything I need, yet still being in a quiet neighborhood.
