I'd normally agree, though I was impressed when I googled 1277 horsepower and learned that it's roughly a megawatt. Puts that car almost in league with locomotives.

Yea, that's a ridiculously high number. A lot of motorheads/gearheads and tuners claim they can get 1200-1500 from their cars(some even claim 3000 https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=3000+camaro) , but i've never seen them actually put numbers like that up on a dyno. That's why that one clip i posted was super impressive imo.

pretty sure people here buy them for the same reasons(minus the narrow roads) you mentioned. Mainly better gas mileage) ... and they're cheap as fuck.
