I need to lose some weight. I'm not fat, but I'm fatter than I'd like to be. Might do a suicide cut and drop to 10% and then try and bulk back up while staying the same bf.

Fuck, this is gonna be difficult. Especially still having injured triceps from that damn car accident. Haven't lifted a finger in two weeks. Someone give me something to destroy so I can release some pent-up frustration
 
I was 260 for a minute but quit drinking and dropped a bunch of weight. I just need to stop eating like shit and I could drop another 20 easily.

I've been eating a lot of healthy choice meals and lunch meats instead of going out for lunch every day. Haven't stepped on a scale though.
