I need to lose some weight. I'm not fat, but I'm fatter than I'd like to be. Might do a suicide cut and drop to 10% and then try and bulk back up while staying the same bf.

I was 260 for a minute but quit drinking and dropped a bunch of weight. I just need to stop eating like shit and I could drop another 20 easily.

I've been eating a lot of healthy choice meals and lunch meats instead of going out for lunch every day. Haven't stepped on a scale though.

I'm 205 right now but my BF is far too high for my liking. If I can get back up to 205 this time next year while being 10% I'd be a beast.

Chilling at my parents house, was thinking about harvesting my weed plants but they could go for another week or so. Hopefully the wind tonight doesn't fuck them up. Those fuckers are 12-14 feet tall.
