Apparently it's actually a semla which is a cardamom bun with a marzipan filling and whipped cream with a dusting of powdered sugar and served in a bowl of hot milk.

Apparently not the ones inventing it atleast. I don't think either donuts or ice cream were that big in Sweden in the 18th centuary, may be wrong tho.
