Public Service Broadcasting - Go!
Cool idea as an opener for the list. Some nice post-rock stuff. It doesn't get boring and gets you in the mood to dance. But I don't dance. 6/10.
P.E.P.E. - Shadilay
Another dancy tune. Kinda calypso-y. Reminds me of "Down Under". I dunno. I'm bobbing my head. 6/10.
Last Flight Out - Plus One
Wow we're really hitting the pop-music hard on this one. This sounds like Backstreet Boys, *NSYNC, Boyz II Men and R Kelly all in one. Here comes a bad rating, i.e. the lowest I go with in these games... 2/10.
Pere Ubu - 30 Seconds Over Tokyo
Please don't be pop soft rock R&B boy-band shit... OK we're good. Thank God. I hear some groove. I hear some bass. I hear some drugs. Good stuff. 8/10.
The Gathering - Liberty Bell
This has a cool spacey build-up. Like her vox too. The atmosphere hits the mark. Not super deep or anything but enjoyable. 6/10.
Hot Snakes - LAX
Punky, fun and very simple. 6/10.
Egypt - Touch Ground
Super instrumentally. Doomy rock stuffs. Almost metal at times. Vox are cool. Getting down and dirty. 7/10.
Catherine Faber - Providence Skies
What in the Renaissance fuck? I likes haha. Ain't typical that's fo sho. Fetch me my lute, squire! 8/10.
The Lillingtons - Black Hole in My Mind
Solid driving catchy punk. Cool bass. 8/10.
Air - Seven Stars
Those drums and haunting vocals. A countdown too! And bass! 9/10.
Emerson, Lake & Palmer - Karn Evil 9 3rd Impression
This sounds like it's gonna be epic. A little wonky and meandering. 5/10.
John Murphy - Sunshine (Adagio in D Minor)
The perfect closer for this playlist. Space travel put to melodious perfection. 10/10.
